Ginger - Travelling Kindness Rocks Creator
Brooklyn, Nova Scotia, Canada
My name is Ginger. I make my home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada.
I am a trained musician and educator and fell in love with dot painting after exploring the Aboriginal artwork of Australia with my grade 5/6 elementary class. That was in May of 2015. I have since followed my passion and intuition, allowing my paintings into creation and Travelling Kindness Rocks programs, products, and services to blossom.

The first Travelling Kindness Rock was mailed in September 2015. Since then, I have contributed nearly 750 dot mandalas to the program. It is exciting to reach a new phase, to train others to provide this service so Travelling Kindness Rocks can reach more lives.

Hello! I'm Tina, a graphic designer, letterpress printer and a design purist at heart. I have a love and appreciation for all things hand-made.
I've worked as a commercial graphic designer for over 20 years. As my artistic journey evolves, I'm passionately guided to create soulful items that will keep my creativity inspired and bright. From handmade journals to letterpress mandalas, my designs are fueled by passion.
My creative soul lights up when I'm graced with the opportunity of creating heart-made items to share with the world. I'm truly grateful to be part of the TKR dotting team, helping spread kindness through the journeys of the Travelling Kindness Rocks.
Tina also designed the Travelling Kindness Rocks logo.
Mount Uniack, Nova Scotia, Canada
Hi! My name is Sue and I'm a recently retired elementary school teacher, living in the small community of Mount Uniack, Nova Scotia.
My dotting journey began when I took a beginner's dotting workshop in September 2016. I was looking for an easy art idea to do with my students but found so much more than that! The simple method Ginger invented for creating mandalas allowed my students and me to produce some lovely pieces. In keeping with the spirit of Travelling Kindness Rocks, our creations were given to family and friends. I extended my dotting skills when I joined the Pattern Club and have eagerly awaited each month's pattern.
I am honoured to be part of the Travelling Kindness Rocks Dotting Team and its mission to spread kindness throughout the world. It is my hope that the peace I feel while painting these rocks also makes the journey to each recipient.
Black Rock, Nova Scotia, Canada
Hello! My name is Shawna and I am very excited to be part of the Travelling Kindness Rocks team. My family and I live in a small community along the Fundy Shore, Nova Scotia, Canada, that allows me to easily feed my affliction for beach combing. I believe there are few problems in life that a wander on the beach can't help to set straight and clarify.
As a life long crafter, I was immediately drawn to the Travelling Kindness Rocks dotting process after participating in a workshop. Then when I learned the Travelling Kindness Rocks story and how many people this beautiful program touches, I knew I had to be part of it.

Nova Scotia, Canada
I’m a teacher and I live with my husband and daughter in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada. My love of dotting started in January 2017 at a Travelling Kindness Rocks workshop with my sister. I immediately fell in love with the process, in part due to my love of math and the patterns that were in each mandala. I joined the Pattern Club and was hooked. Since then I have dotted regularly whether following a pattern or creating my own. I enjoy spending time dotting with my daughter and I am excited to be starting a dotting club at my school and to see where it leads.
Seeing the kindness spread with my family and students is wonderful. Most of my dotting has been passed on to friends and family so joining the Travelling Kindness Rocks Dotting Team is a welcome next step. I am excited to see my rocks travel to others! I love experimenting with colours and patterns and find the whole process brings me peace and happiness. I hope this will be passed on through my rocks for others.

Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
Hi, my name is Erin and I live in Victoria, British Columbia, on the West Coast of Canada. I'm a solo mom by choice to my daughter, Poppy. I discovered rock painting in August 2016 through a local rock hunting group and quickly became hooked. My passion is painting dots, especially mandalas. My daughter and I love rock hunting at the beach, painting rocks together, and entering them in the local fall fair.
As soon as I discovered Travelling Kindness Rocks, it really spoke to me. I am super excited to be part of the Travelling Kindness Rocks Dotting Team, what it stands for and the ability to touch people worldwide. I find the process of painting rocks therapeutic and meditative in nature and a great way to slow down and reconnect. I look forward to painting rocks every day, especially with my daughter.
