The purpose of the Travelling Kindness Rocks Community Mandala program is to foster pride in the people, history, and places of Hants County. A mandala has been designed by Travelling Kindness Rocks creator, Ginger, especially for the Hants County Community Mandala program. The process, concept, program, and tools for painting the dot mandala are all Ginger's inventions through her work with Travelling Kindness Rocks.
The meaning of our Community Mandala:
The dots represent each of us.
The mandala symbolizes how we are connected to make a community.
Participation in this program is fun and helps to build connections, spirit, and pride in our community. Here's the steps...
- Register below and attend a workshop at the Travelling Kindness Rocks Shop. There are four dates and times to choose from (see above).
- You will leave the session with your completed copy of the Hants County Community Mandala. Get a picture of your copy somewhere in Hants County to showcase one or more of our awesome people and/or wonderful places (businesses, attractions, or activities). See the examples provided on this page.
- Post your photo to Travelling Kindness Rocks social media or before April 30 for a chance to win a prize. Participants will be given a handout at their workshop outlining how to do this.
Part of the Feel ALIVE Program
